Shower Steamers

Add one or two to your shower for a little aromatherapy! If you are suffering from a cold or allergies, try these, they may help as you breathe in the cool scent of menthol and essential oils.

The Routine: For use in the shower only, NOT in the bath tub. Let a little water run on these to get the fizzy motion to start. Once started, put it on the floor on on a shelf where water can sprinkle over it but not in the direct stream of the water. Once it's in the direct stream of water, it will melt rather quickly.
