The Routine: 

Once you have damp skin in your shower or bath, take one cube and gently crush the cube in your hand a bit to soften. Next, massage it over your skin in small circular motions focusing longer on rough areas, like elbows and heals. Providing a gentle, yet effective exfoliation, you'll buff away dead skin cells and reveal smoother skin underneath. Finish by rinsing with warm water and pat dry.
